Our Pickup & Delivery Routes
We have pick up and delivery routes servicing upper Northwest DC and much of Montgomery County.

In northwest Washington DC our routes cover the Connecticut Ave corridor as far south as Porter Street NW; the Wisconsin Ave corridor as far south as Calvert Street NW; and the Mass Ave corridor south to Garfield Street NW.

We also have service along the Georgia Ave, 3rd Street, and 16th Street corridors in Maryland and upper northwest DC approximately as far south as Missouri Ave/Military Rd.

In Montgomery County our routes cover Silver Spring and Takoma Park, Chevy Chase, Kensington, Wheaton, Aspen Hill, Olney, Montgomery Village, and much of Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Bethesda. We are starting to expand into Potomac, so residents there can email wishywashtoo@gmail.com to see if we can provide service.

We sometimes adjust our routes, expand them, and do pickups outside our normal areas, especially for very large orders. Please send e-mail to see if we can service your address.
Staying in local hotels/motels?
Sorry, we don't provide pickup and delivery
service to residents in hotels/motels, because
our pickup/delivery service is based on routes
and fixed schedules.
Guests in motels/hotels typically need same-day or
next-day service, so we recommend that you drop off
your clothes at The Wishy Wash Too for fast service.
Schedules

Monday-Thursday: If we pickup on Monday, we deliver on Thursday. If we pickup on Thursday, we deliver on Monday

Tuesday-Friday: If we pickup on Tuesday, we deliver on Friday. If we pickup on Friday, we deliver on Tuesday.

Depending on your location, we can often pickup and deliver your laundry "off schedule" a little quicker than shown, and usually we can provide speedier service for first-time callers who have a large laundry backup to get caught up.

You also have the option of dropping off and picking up your laundry at The Wishy Wash Too if you need faster turnaround (same day or next day service, for example).

What Should You Expect From Us?
You should expect excellence from us, and we work hard every single day to deliver exactly that!

We separate your clothes into whites, light-colored and dark-colored loads - up to three separate washers are included in our standard prices. If we need to add a fourth washer to clean items like rugs or cleaning cloths, we'll charge separately for them.

We handle your clothes separately from everyone else's (we never put your clothes in machines with anyone else's clothes).

We wash your laundry the same way we wash our own - which means that we use premium quality detergents, bleaches, and softeners.

We fold your clothes and wrap them in shrink-wrapped plastic bundles - separated as much as possible by adults' clothes, children's clothes, linens, etc. to make things easier when you put the clothes away.

We accept major credit cards, and businesses can qualify for monthly or semi-monthly invoicing. We also provide the convenience of on-line billing (which means we e-mail your invoice to you).

Send an email to Wishywashtoo@gmail.com, and we'll reply as soon as possible to answer your questions, set up an account, and determine a pick-up/delivery schedule.

We set up your account by email and will ask for your address, your schedule preferences, and a credit card for billing. The credit card can be provided over the phone.
